As stated in a Houston TranStar report, the accident occurred on the North Sam Houston Parkway near John Ralston after the driver of a 2009 Dodge Ram 5500 pickup crashed into a 2000 Ford F-150. Five individuals who were riding in the Ford died at the scene.
